Sometime when I have nothing better to do, I go on these "coming soon" websites to watch trailers to movies I can't wait to see. 
Yes, I'm a dork. And it doesn't hurt that all the leading men are good looking...

What's Been Going On

Because of the ever so sweet Katie over at Smooches and Luv, I received a Versatile Blog award. :) But since this is my blog however, I've decided that instead of telling you 7 random things of myself, I'm going to let you know a few things that I've been up to:

1. I desperately want to do another vlog, but that thing called "time" isn't friends with me. Here are some ideas I have in my head for one and you tell me what you think: my cat eye makeup, makeup brush cleaning, new products haul, or me just rambling. Take your pick or feel free to suggest one!

2. I'm thinking of dying my hair red, and this is my inspiration. Love Isla Fisher and her hair.

Now, here's my problem, should I wait until after the two weddings I'm in this summer or before?

3. I feel like I've hit a weight plateau. Like seriously. No gaining but no loss either. I guess that's a good thing??? But regardless, I just tell myself that I didn't put on the extra pounds in less than a week so I shouldn't try to loose them in that amount of time either.

Red Lips

MAC Red lips to be exact. 
I turned in some old containers to MAC yesterday, and decided to pick a wild and daring color since I was getting it for free and all.

Don't know how I got it for free?
Wellllllll, if you turn in six empty containers of any MAC product, you will get a free lipstick of your choice. 

I just wish my phone wouldn't make my skin and the color look so weird.

Whahoooooooo.

Memphis In May

Or Memphis In Mud as the locals call it.
Seriously, it rains every year.
But that doesn't stop me for seeing some incredible bands on the cheap during the whole Beale Street Music Fest weekend.


Most of the time we had sunny skies and a nice breeze. Friday I took a chance and decided to wear what I would term a "cute outfit" knowing that this day would be the only day for it. And the best part of the whole night? The bands giving us play by play of the Grizzlies game going on down the street between set changes. AND THE GRIZZ WON. We beat out the number one seeded Spurs. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? Yes, Memphis, we do believe! Then on Sunday we beat the Thunder in the first round. Yahoooooooooooooooo.
