So Cory ended up working half the night away at work.
I figured I could still make my trip over to Muddy's to not make the night a complete waste.
When I walked up to the door, you could see inside the line was wrapped around the room.
A dude in a sharp suit who was walking in front of me swiftly turned around, and told me,
"Hmph, they aren't THAT good."
Thinking this is worthy of tweeting, I wrote this while I waited in line...
Not thinking much about it, I continued waiting in line.
(And really, dude? It took me less than 15 minutes to get my goods. You lose.)
That's when I snapped back to reality when I heard the owner, Kat, call out,
"Is there a Whitney Hall here? Whitney Hall?"
At this point I had no clue as to why she would be calling my name.
That's when she walked over to me and said,
"Girl, can I just say thank you? I loved your tweet. Adorable!"
And I was left standing there with a free Muddy's treat in hand,
and the whole line of 25 people staring at me wondering what the heck I did to deserve it.
Score!!
Oh, yes, they are so worth the wait.
Now going back to my Valentine's Day goodies for Cory...
I did end up getting him a voodoo doll cookie,
and humorously went ahead to say it signified his boss who made him work on Valentine's Day.
And ironically by the time he got it, it looked like this...
Whoopsies...
Hope y'all had a good one!
xoxo,

That is SO awesome! I do love me some Muddys!
WOW! Muddy's is my biggest weakness. I can't even be within a 15 mile radius without stopping to get a cupcake. It takes all my will power to just get one sometimes :o)
That is AWESOME! I love when stores show good customer appreciation!
Muddy's is directly behind my building and it takes lost of self control not to stop in there EVERYDAY!!!
